Role Description:

Kapitalized require an entrepreneurial CEO for a client venture (EarthAlpha) that will undertake a significant c.$50 million ICO based on the tokenisation of royalty based assets in mid-2018.

Prior to the ICO you would provide early team leadership & consultancy liaison/supervision to assist in the planning & execution of the ICO campaign, initially on a part time basis but building to a full time role post-ICO in management of asset selection & investment assisted by the Board of Directors and an Investment Advisory Board.

The successful applicant will:

*have a working knowledge of Blockchain technology & applications including ICOs & cryptocurrencies

*have deep experience in the negotiation of resources/energy & industrial production royalties

*have well developed financial, human resources & investment management skills

*Ideally have a formal legal background

*be well presented with a high social IQ enjoy promotional travel.

The venture is headquartered in Australia but will have its operational & managerial affiliates registered in foreign jurisdictions.

The position will attract:

-part time cumulative fiat based remuneration pre-ICO

-a competitive salary on transition to a full time position plus equity & bonus tokens
